100% Silicone Roof Coating
GacoRoof 100% Silicone Roof Coating creates a seamless membrane to seal and repair existing roofs and permanently protect against leaks, permanent ponding water and the damaging effects of severe weather. GacoRoof is available in several colors to enhance the aesthetics of any roof. Ideal for use on flat and sloped roofs including, but not limited to, large and small buildings, homes, garages and patio covers, sheds and barns, mobile homes, RVs and more.
100% SILICONE. The unique chemistry of GacoRoof offers peace of mind for a lifetime! It outperforms and outlasts acrylic, urethane, asphalt and Hypalon® coatings.
NO PRIMER REQUIRED. GacoRoof will adhere to most surfaces without a primer including built up roofs, cap sheet, metal, modified bitumen and sprayed polyurethane foam.
REMAINS PERMANENTLY FLEXIBLE. GacoRoof will stay flexible and maintain adhesion, even under permanent ponding water or snow pack. Other coatings become brittle and begin to degrade over time.
WITHSTANDS PERMANENT PONDING WATER. GacoRoof is an excellent choice for flat or sloped roofs. Extremely durable, GacoRoof will not soften, bubble or degrade under permanent ponding water.
NON-SACRIFICIAL. GacoRoof is unaffected by harsh UV rays and temperature extremes.
PREVENTS COSTLY TEAR OFFS. By recoating your weathered roof with GacoRoof, you not only extend the life of your roof, you avoid the need for a time-consuming and costly tear off.

- Applying Temperature: Do not apply in temperatures below freezing, above 120°F (49°C) or if rain is expected within 2 hours.
- Dry time: Allow 1st coat to dry thoroughly, between 3-12 hours depending on climate, before applying the 2nd coat.
- Storage Stability: Three years from date of manufacture when stored in unopened containers between 40°- 85°F (4°-29°C).
- Clean up: Application tools and equipment can be cleaned with 100% Pure Mineral Spirits. DO NOT USE WATER OR RECLAIMED SOLVENTS.
- Adhesion: Ideal for metal roofs, fiberglass, cap sheets, torch down, composite roofs, aged asphalt roofs, concrete roofs, barrel tile, urethane foams, flat roofs, mobile homes, RV's and Campers.

A little pricey, but we'll worth it. Fixed a flat roof after Hurricane Hermine. It did the job.

GACO Silicone roofing
I ordered a 5 gallon pail of WHITE silicone roofing to use on my 3 season porch roof. I pressure washed and scrubbed the existing roof clean. When the product came it was not white as shown on the invoice, it was tan. After all of the time I spent cleaning and being that i travel for work, i did not have time to send it back and get the WHITE I had ordered. I applied two full coats of the tan and it went on well and looks good. Other that the color I am satisfied so far. I will likely not purchase from Roof Coating Supply company again as they did not even respond to my complaint about the color.

Amazing product. There are a lot of products out there. Im glad i did my homework. No more water in the trailer. Roof was all damage and very weak. Now is great. No cracks, more stable. This staff is great. It works. 100%Recommended. Btw Customers service was awesome. They help me all the way.

Best Coating on the Market
I used this product to solve an issue on a building in Mobile, AL. First time that building has been leak proof since it's been built. Did 6,000 sq. ft. no primer required on a smooth surface membrane. I inspected this roof a year later. No issues. No wear. I am currently using a different gaco product on a commercial building near Baton Rouge. Thus far it is just as good. This project is 38,500 sq. ft. I also am in the works on another project for this product which is 45,000 sq. ft. They are impressed. I am impressed.

So much cheaper!
I got a quote of over 64k for coating two roofs from a roofer. Thinking that was exhorbitant, I looked into buying a coating myself and having it applied. I found someone to apply it for .50/sf who loves Gaco products. So I bought 15k worth of this coating because he recommended it. It arrived quickly, he applied it, and I ended up paying a little over 24k for the job instead of 64k, saving about 40k. Now keep in mind the expensive roofer was going to give me a 10 year guarantee, and I am rolling the dice with my roofer, but so far, so good.

Great Product.
I started using Gaco years ago primarily to solve ponding water Problem. It has work well, solved my problems with other roofing options and repairs as well as many other Flat roof issues. My only problems were experienced when I did not clean the surface well enough for good adhesion. Follow the Instructions. Great product and highly recommended. .

Gaco roof
This stuff works GREAT ! I live in an older mobile home that had a lot of leaks when I moved-in. I worked for two years to locate and fix them all. Now I simply go over all of the repaired places once a year just to be sure everything is OK. NO LEAKS FOR 4 YEARS NOW!! Others here use "sno proof" or something that does not stop leaks. When I tell them about my success, they don't seem to want to pay the$ for this superior product. Too bad!. I used the tape in repairing the leaks.

I have used this product on a low sloped roof as well as flat roofs in Syracuse, NY over the past 3 years, and can't say enough about this product. Currently, I am using it on two mobile home roofs in florida- no brainer. My advice to Gaco-- advertise this!- when i rave about this, almost no one has ever heard of it---
