I am a DIY'er that has a friend that owns a roofing company. he instructed me to get his stuff as it was the best, he told me how to use it, which was consistent with the instructions on the can. as others have mentioned i mixed with a stick and the silicone was thinner initially, i would recommend a power mixer if you have one, however i dont know if that will fix that issue. The coverage was as advertised and i saw a 18 degree drop from my original black roof and my first coat which i did in gray, and then another 20 degree drop with my second coat which was white. extremely happy with the product so far as it has cooled my upper floor apartment around 8 degrees and and my ac has been on its lowest setting. normally at thus time my ac is on full blast and its 8 degrees warmer. Longevity i cannot speak for however so far extremely satisfied. also was very surprised how quickly it was shipped to me.

I ordered 5 gallons to reseal my 36ft 5th wheel. I used about 4.5 gallons with 2 coats and went on really thick. I believe this is a really good product. I would recommend it. Plus the shipping was super fast.

Need to fill in low spots ? Need to seal cracks ? Stop searching and buy this product. I wasted $ 1600.00 on other products before finding this product. It seals and levels out great ! I have a lot of low spots and cracking on old flat roof. This product is thick but it is layered and leveled my roof, no more leaks for me.

This is my 4th order of the Gaco white and I have not been disappointed. This order was the second coat on my small work shed. Because this was a corrugated metal roof I applied the first coat with a microfiber mop. Since this product begins to cure when it is opened you don’t have all day to apply. For me, the mop worked out perfectly and the second coat was even easier. I even applied this product to the roof of my two 2006 Dodge Mega cabs and a 1995 Chevy single cab. Worked great and has helped with the cooling especially in my mega cabs. I did pressure was and sand the cabs before rolling with a 3/4 nap. We put this on the roof of our 33' RV. Went on great and a 5 gallon bucket was plenty. After 2 coats, we still had a gallon left.

An excellent product and easy to apply. Application down to freezing and once cured produced a waterproof skin. I used this with the other products, liquid tape and the actual tape for joints. My project was unique as I have a home built dome observatory on my roof that had been under plastic for many years because I was unable to find something to coat it with that would withstand the Sun and weather. It was originally built with plywood, covered in fiberglass and painted with epoxy paint. Once repairs were made I applied Gaco's products and was very pleased with the outcome. I'm 65 years old and will contact Gaco in 50 years to let them know how their guarantee came out. Very pleased though.
