I Purchased Gaco Roof 100% Silicone Coating, Gaco Wash, the roller and cover and Liquid Roof Tape as well as the roller and cover. I used the products just like demonstrated on the video. I could not be more satisfied. It was relatively easy to do, works just like advertised, was reasonably priced and the order came quickly. I am a very happy customer!

I tried a 6 gallon out first wanting to level our gutters so the water runs out instead of puddling in the middle of our lanai span.
It is very runny, so a few holes I didn't plug with silicone beforehand were discovered.
I also found it difficult to handle in the 5 gallon bucket, and spilled a lot. It sticks on everything and needed power-washing off. I made a spout for the next batches and fared much better.
It has a good consistency and will spread level. It sets better in thin layers. The first batch was too thick - about an inch - and it made contraction waves as it dried.
The next batches sorted that out.
It gets a skin quickly, in a few hours and is then impervious to rain even though liquid underneath. It sets hard super hard after about a week.
Great product for that need - leveling gutters. Good job Gaco!

My fiberglass rv roof was badly damaged by hailstones last fall. So I patched the holes and applied the full Gaco roof system. The 100% silicone, white coating is amazing stuff and appears to have sealed up the roof wonderfully.. My only complaint is the paint dries to a flat sheen and collects dirt more easily than the fiberglass roof and is much tougher to clean. Too bad they cant give the roof coating a higher sheen so it cleans easier. Since no paint sealer sticks to silicone it would be impossible to put a clear coat over it to make it more cleanable.

2nd time purchase, first was a test and now I bought several more pails. Home built in 1860 with odd additions around 1900 or so. Flat roof at back, 3rd floor peaked roof opened outward for full living 1/4s up there with near vertical sides now with a tin trough running the exterior between 2nd & 3rd floors which began to leak at a seam. Replaced shingles on very top of structure and instead of replacing 3rd floor vertical sides with singles again, did EPDM on sides and down over trough system. House has grayish blue siding and EPDM is black so now with this gray coating, the color system match is good. EPDM has 30 yr warranty, this coating is 50 yrs. Now only very top will ever have to be addressed. Product is very durable, goes on easily, the roofers I worked with were not ever keen on any type of coatings until they saw and used this. They are sold and will be suggesting it to their future customers. This is easily a 5 star product.

I've installed quite a few Gaco Roof applications over the past 5 years. It has corrected every problem it has been used for. Noticed a complaint in a previous review about a leak occurring after an install. The ONLY way a leak will occur is if it was not installed correctly (including seam seal on all seams, 3 coursing any openings prior to coating, etc) or the silicone membrane was damaged after the install (ex: technician dropping a tool and gouging it). I have a flat roof on my shop that has a 20 year old vinyl membrane. I've been cleaning it and coating with various roof products every 3 years or so, none would stand up to the ponding water. I found you silicone pond proof product this year. After a good cleaning I resealed the seams, coated twice with your fibered product and then 2 coats of the top coat product. The adhesion was great and the roof looks like it was professionally replaced. Love this product.

Have an asphalt flat roof. Only able to get six years out of it . Very annoying 3rd time . This time trying gaco, claims it last long time. We'll see. 2 days to put on 2 coats. Buy extra, cause it will not be enough to cover the area specified. 5 gallon means you need 7gallons. 2 weeks holding up so far.

I haven’t used the Gaco roof coating yet, due to weather issues, but the people at roofcoatingsupply were fantastic. I received the product in 2 weeks which is incredible time for where I live! I will order from them again and I will be letting others here know about this company !

Finish the roof yesterday and I got to say product was easy to work with the only issue I had with it it's start setting up the minute you open that can and you better get your job done quick and I didn't have a problem with that and it the finished product is just beautiful and we'll see what time brings but I think it's going to work out really well
