Kool Seal Premium Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating is formulated using a fibered, premium grade, aluminum roof coating that forms a tough and durable surface. Its highly reflective finish helps keep interior structures cooler in the summer and lower cooling cost.

• 5 year warranty when applied properly.

• Protects against the elements, extending the life of the roof
• Coverage: Apply at 50-100 square foot per gallon per coat. Rough/porous surfaces will require additional coating. Two coats recommended.
• Colors: Silver
• Applying Temperature: Do not apply below 50°F
• Dry Time: 4-6 hours between coats and before foot traffic: 3-5days
• Clean up: Miniral spirits
• Adhesion: Ideal for metal, aged aluminum coatings, rolled roofing, modified bitumen and asphalt
