Kool Seal Premium Elastomeric Roof Coating is formulated using a 100% acrylic polymer that provides outstanding adhesion and superior reflectivity. Formulated to resist cracking and peeling, Kool Seal premium elastomeric finish coat provides excellent waterproofing capabilities.

• 100% acrylic polymer elastomeric roof coating white.
• 12 year warranty when applied properly.
• Provides waterproof protection.
• Meets ASTM D 6083 and Title 24
• Stays flexible and maintains adhesion.
• Coverage: Apply at 50-100 square foot per gallon per coat. Rough/porous surfaces will require additional coating. Two coats recommended.
• Primer: Kool Seal Elastomeric Base Coat Gray.
• Reflectivity: 90% +/- 1%
• Colors: White
• Applying Temperature: Surface and air temperature must be between 45-90F
• Dry Time: 4-6 hours between coats and before foot traffic: 24 hours minimum.
• Clean up: soap and water
• Adhesion: Ideal for metal roof, single ply. smooth bitumen, polyurethane foam, concrete, existing asphaltic and elastomeric roof coating and other approved surfaces.
