Uniflex Bond-it Wash Primer is a clear, low viscosity, water-based rinsable Primer. Designed to act as a primer for EPDM membranes by breaking the chemical bond of the inorganic on the surface of the rubber membrane preparing the surface for the Finish coat.
- Coverage: Apply at 1 gallon per 400-500 square foot
- Set Time To Rinse: 10-15 min
- Colors: Clear
- Applying Temperature: Do not apply below 50°F
- Clean up: Mineral spirits
- Recommended Uses: EPDM mambranes
