Gaco Flex 100% Silicone Roof Coating Solvent Free
GacoFlex S20 Series coatings are solvent-free 96% solids, single-component waterproof elastomeric moisture-curing silicone coatings.
GacoFlex S20 Series are ideal for use as a maintenance coating system over pre-existing elastomeric roof coatings, metal roofs, built-up roofing, mineral cap sheet, and weathered single ply membranes (EPDM, PVC, Hypalon®, and TPO/CPA) on a roofing substrate where the membrane surface is in sound condition, but requires a renewal of the membrane surface due to the normal effect of aging and use.
GacoFlex S20 Series Coatings are the standard specification for liquid applied silicone coating used in sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam roofing systems.
GacoFlex S20 Series Coatings may also be used over concrete, coatings, and over plywood decking when properly applied over an approved base coat; please contact Gaco Western for specific recommendation.
When properly applied, the coating system provides a seamless weather-tight seal that protects the substrate from degradation caused by ultraviolet light, water and other normal weathering hazards.

- 1 coat on smooth surfaces. 2 coats on granulated and rough surfaces.
- Coverage: 67 square feet per gallon to achieve approximate 22 dry mils.
- Mixing: Mix before application to ensure uniform color and consistency.
- Thinning: Product should not be thinned.
- Primer: Existing silicone coatings should not be primed. On all other substrates, apply GacoFlex E5320 2-Part Epoxy Primer/Filler according to label directions.
- Dry Time: Final coat should be allowed to cure 24 to 48 hours, depending on temperature and humidity, before suitable for light foot traffic.
- Clean Up: Clean application tools and equipment with 100% Pure Mineral Spirits Recirculate through lines and gun until residual coating is removed. DO NOT USE WATER OR RECLAIMED SOLVENTS.

Fantastic Product !!
Our 13 yr old flat 3rd floor fiberglass encapsulated deck off our bedroom cracked every couple of years due to the combination of high temps, UV, expansion/contraction etc. The epoxy coating and the fiberglass substrate are rigid and allow no flex. hence the cracking and flaking. The water penetrates the wood decking underneath. I have no idea why the contractors continue to build them like this. However, after extensive research and getting quotes for different coating approaches we had Gaco S2000 installed about 4 years ago. It has been terrific !!!. Looks as good today as when it was installed. Shrugs off the harsh Florida conditions. It is flexible and durable and forms a tough membrane. Hence no cracking. I cannot speak too highly of this product. .

GACO flex S-2000
Great product and relatively easy application. I am a painter by trade so I have used varies types of high build coatings, some are easier that others. I found Gaco flex s-2000 very easy to apply and able to get a uniform film build with not much drag etc. I have many flat roofs with different substrates (granular and smooth) on my primary residence and rental properties. I am very pleased with the results.
It is a thick rubber membrane that I can be sure will be water tight for years.

This product is all I hoped it would be. Easy to apply and working very well for our home. Stopped the leaks we were experiencing. Looks great and reflects the sun amazingly well. Used on a front porch roof and back porch roof as well. Would definitely buy again. And/or recommend to a a friend. Our remodeler recommended it to us. We will pass along that favor.
