Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

All returns and refund requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in resellable condition. Any product that has been opened, used, damaged, or altered in any way will not qualify for return or refund.

2. Return Period

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

3. Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds for eligible returned items.

4. Refund Requests Prior to Shipment

If a customer requests to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, a 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction costs.

If the order has already shipped at the time of the refund request, the customer will also be responsible for all shipping charges in addition to the 3% credit card fee.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the return is the result of an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by the company.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Once processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Failure to provide complete return information—such as tracking details or order documentation—may delay the processing time.

7. Return Authorization

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-599-8008with your order number and details regarding the product(s) you wish to return. A representative will provide return authorization and further instructions.

Shipping Policy

1. General Information

We currently offer domestic shipping within the contiguous United States only. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Services

Free Shipping: Standard ground shipping (UPS Standard Economy) is offered free of charge on all orders totaling $199 or more (before taxes and fees).

Expedited Shipping: UPS Next Day Air service is available upon request and is subject to current UPS rates.

Special Delivery Requirements:

If your delivery location requires special accommodations, such as access restrictions, scheduled appointments, or additional handling, extra fees may apply.

If a lift gate is required for delivery, you must notify us at the time of placing your orderso that the necessary arrangements can be made. Additional fees will apply.

Please note: Delivery carriers are not responsible for moving items upstairs, onto rooftops, into backyards, or beyond the curbside delivery point.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Timelines

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard delivery times are typically 2–3 business days, though this may vary depending on warehouse location and the delivery destination.

During periods of high order volume, shipment processing may be delayed by several days. In the event of a significant delay, customers will be notified by email or telephone.

4. Pallet and Freight Shipments

A signature is required upon delivery for all palletized or freight shipments. No exceptions will be made.

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable, the customer may be responsible for any redelivery fees or return shipping costs.

If the freight carrier is unable to complete the delivery and must return the shipment to us, the customer will be charged for freight costs both ways.

Processing Timelines:

 

• Most orders made by 12pm EST Monday – Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders made after 12pm EST will ship out on the following business day.

•  Standard arrival time for most orders is 2-3 business days. However, this varies depending on warehouse location and proximity to your location.

•  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  

Local Pickups:

 

Will call pick up is available upon request. This is subject to warehouse availability in proximity to the customers location. Pickups must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.

 

Disclosures:

Buckets shipped with roof coating products are made of metal and may bend slightly during the shipping and delivery process. Please be advised this does not damage the product in any way nor does it affect the outcome of your project.
