Kool Seal 5 Year Elastomeric Roof Coating is a flexible white roof coating that reflects heat and harmful UV rays, white protecting against the elements, extending the life of the roof.
- 100% acrylic polymer elastomeric roof coating white.
- 5 year warranty when applied properly.
- Provides waterproof protection.
- Stays flexible and maintains adhesion.
- Coverage: Apply at 50-100 square foot per gallon per coat. Rough/porous surfaces will require additional coating. Two coats recommended.
- Primer: Kool Seal Elastomeric Base coat
- Reflectivity: 90% +/- 1%
- Colors: White
- Applying Temperature: Surface and air temperature must be between 45-90F
- Dry Time: 4-6 hours between coats and before foot traffic: 24 hours minimum.
- Clean up: soap and water
- Adhesion: Ideal for metal roof, single ply. smooth bitumen, polyurethane foam, concrete, existing asphaltic and elastomeric roof coating and other approved surfaces.
