Eterna-Kote S-100 Silicone Roof Coating is a 100% silicone coating that provides the ultimate durability and longevity to your roof surface. This product has highest degree of waterproofing protection and provides superior protection to the underlying roof surfaces. It is ideally suited for flat roofs that have a tendency to pond water, as well as on installation that requires the best waterproofing coating available. The bright white finish keeps roofs cool, which in turn can help lower cooling costs. In hot or cold climates, this coating forms a seamless layer of waterproofing coating that will stretch to prevent cracking and peeling. This is our best liquid waterproofing coating.

• 50 Year limited Warranty when applied properly

• Stands up to permanent ponding water without bubbling, peeling, or breaking down
• Stays flexible and maintains adhesion
• Coverage: 100 square feet per gallon per coat. One 5-gallon pail covers 250 Square feet of roof with 2 coats. (30 dry mils)

• Colors: White, Gray, Tan.
• Primer: Eterna-Kote stain block primer
• Thinning: Product should not be thinned.
• Applying Temperature: Surface and air temperature must be between 45°-90℉
• Can be rained on after 2 hours
• Dry Time: Allow 1st coat to dry thoroughly, between 3-12 hours depending on climate, before applying the 2nd coat.
• Clean up: Application tools and equipment can be cleaned with 100% Pure Mineral Spirits. DO NOT USE WATER OR RECLAIMED SOLVENTS.
